Come Away With Me (With Me in Seattle #1) by Kristen Proby

come away with me

Have you ever had one of those books that you start reading and just can’t put down? This is one of those. At least it was for me. I’m not an overly-huge fan of romance but I just couldn’t resist this one.

Natalie is a photographer who lives with her best friend Jules. She is an insomniac and ends up at the beach one morning. Being a photographer, she takes her camera with her and takes shots of the sky, water and anything that interests her. A man approaches her angrily and demands her camera thinking she had taken pictures of him. After proving him wrong, she walks away.

They run into each other later that afternoon as she is making deliveries to her customers. Luke (mysterious angry man) was looking for a gift for his sister and ends up buying some of her pictures. They leave the little shop and go to a bar around the corner. They talk for a while before she takes him home and then goes home herself.

The first time Jules meets Luke she freaks out. Which causes problems because he hadn’t fully told Natalie what he did for a living. He was a famous actor but is now working as a producer on films. Natalie gets mad and throws him out of the house and Jules talks some sense into her. Natalie and Luke work things out and are happy again.

Natalie and Luke go on a vacation for her birthday to Tahiti. They return from there and a few issues arise and things don’t look good for them. They overcome the issues to get back together and are good to go.

There is MORE than this to the book. I mean a LOT more. To find out what I left out (which is a TON) please get this book on Kindle.
