Oh man. There are so many “changes” in this book happening for Waverly and her friends and family. Waverly herself has many changes happening but they are GOOD changes. Jake, Andie, Makenna, Shane, Kristina and more are back in the third installment of the Waverly Bryson saga.

We start out with Waverly deciding to accept a job and make a huge move because of it. I think this is the catalyst that sets off a few of the reactions that happen in the book. Waverly’s moments are still here in this book and she has a couple.

I so totally wish that some of the Honey products were available and on the market now! I would love to have a few of them. Haha. Some of the things said in the book hit close to home about dating and whatnot for me. Definitely had to laugh at the “emails” Waverly received and read.

Overall, a great addition to the Waverly saga and I can only image what happens in the next book!

I’m a Canadian girl through and through, I love the mountains, yet I hate the snow. The summer here gets HAWT and I wish it was year round.

I swear like a sailor, don’t do frilly girly things. BUT I love when my husband treats me like a queen.

My family.

My mom and Grandma have supported me through every bad decision, and cheated on the good ones. They’re strong woman who I look up to!

My husband, Steven, Scuba Steve, we’ve been together since I was 17, had our first baby, Savannah, when I was 18, and were married when I was 19. 3 boys, Chase Liam & JD, and 12 years later our family is complete.

It’s a Waverly Life is the 2nd book in the (Mis)Adventures of Waverly Bryson series by author Maria Murnane.

This book is just as good as the first, if not better. Waverly is still a hot mess but in a good way. Andie and Makenna are still awesome. We still have several of the people from the first book making appearances and a few new people as well. My favorite person has got to be Andie and her tell it like it is attitude.

Waverly and Jake are still friends and possibly more but things go from bad to worse to who the hell knows what before we finally realize what the heck is going on. Throw into the mix a bunch of misunderstandings, a few wrong timings and you have the recipes for disaster.

Andie, Makenna and Scott are all there for Waverly as she needs their help a lot as well as a couple new people. The characters in this series could EASILY be based off of ordinary people like you and I. (Kinda makes me wonder if anything mentioned has happened to the author. 😉 )

At about 275 pages, this book is the perfect length for everything that needs to be covered. And that’s a lot coming from me. I ALWAYS want more pages in a book but this book is the right length.

A thin layer of mist covered the foyer floor as the lotus sconces glowed with an eerie light. Lexie wore a formal white gown, woven with lace and gold ribbons.

Where I Belong is the first book in the Alabama Summer series by author J. Daniels.

I picked this book up while it was free. I’ve heard good things about it and I can see why. I absolutely loved reading this book. I read it in the course of a few hours.

Mia is so adorable. I loved all the shit she gave Ben and her freak out that she had. I could totally see something like this happening to someone in real life, and I’m sure it has somewhere. This is one of those books that plays out like a movie in your head while you’re reading it.

This story is roughly 225+ pages. I love long books, because let’s face it, some book require more pages than others to get the story just right. I think this book is perfect where it is, which I don’t normally think that! I almost ALWAYS think books need another chapter or two but not this one!
